Curriculum

Early childhood is considered to be the most important phase of development. It includes physical, social/emotional, and linguistic/cognitive development which strongly affects the mental and physical health, literacy and numeracy skills.

The underlying strategy behind our syllabus is an activity based teaching curriculum. We don't just teach about things, we let them experience it. It's not just learning through books, it's learning through actions. Every single event taking place at our nursery, helps the child to get a glimpse of this big world they are living in one small step at a time.

Events

Color Day Celebrations

Toc H Nursery celebrates colour day for around 4 weeks. It helps to enhance the cognitive and motor skills. It also helps the children to identify different colours.

Activity Day Celebration

The Activity Day is celebrated in Toc H Nursery with full enthusiasm. We realize the importance of healthy and nutritious food for growing children and how it impacts the overall development of a child. The teachers and parents join hands to this cause by preparing very tasty and healthy meals thereby, encouraging the habit of eating nutritious food.

Independence Day Celebration

The Independence day is celebrated along with fancy dress competition. This helps the children to understand more about the importance of celebrating Independence Day and the heroes who helped us achieve it.

Our Champions

The children participate in different competitions held around the town and bring glory to Toc H Nursery School.

Onam Celebration

Toc H Nursery students come in traditional attire and prepare a huge flower carpet. This is followed by dance and fashion show competitions.

Field Trip

Going on a field trip enhances the critical thinking skills and gives kids a chance to think about the different environments in a different perspective. School trips gives them the chance to experience new venues. It helps them to know about the people who help us to make our lives more comfortable.

Christmas Day Celebration

We celebrate Christmas day with the presentation of Nativity of Jesus Christ, Christmas carols, dance and other performances, concluding with the arrival of Santa Claus.

Annual Day

Being on stage helps kids to keep their cool while performing, and to enjoy iit without having to think about others opinions. This is why we think it’s absolutely necessary to make kids perform together on stage, also helping them to increase their coordination with others and to build up their confidence and that is the reason we encourage all the children to participate in the Annual Day.

Sports Day

A student’s image is not just limited to his/her academics. Many other activities are needed for the holistic development of a child. To maintain a healthy body and mind, it is important for kids to play around. Hence Toc H Nursery conducts Sports Day every year.

Picnic

The yearly picnic happens in the month of February. The students visit different places and they thoroughly enjoy the one day trip with their friends and teachers, making it a memorable day for them.
